I see "transparent filaments" ?

Something weird has been happening to me lately. I'm seeing things that look like "transparent filaments" everywhere I go and i see them better when i look into the sky. They look like they are made of dots so close together it makes a filament. And I can move them at will. I guess that's just a normal thing but i just want to confirm. Thanks.
